This indoor rowing and fitness studio on Main Street in Manayunk offers one-on-one training and small group classes. Their 45-minute workouts are low-impact (so even if you haven’t worked out in awhile, you can jump right in), and features a unique blend of conventional rowing and full-body toning exercises. RowZone offers classes seven days a week with both morning and evening hours.
